Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your estimate, appointments, project updates, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on the Site. No website or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through our contact form.
